DanceFest Flash Mob:

Calling all dancers, moms, dads, brothers, sisters and friends to join us at DanceFest for our DaceFest Flash Mob on April 27.  I will post times that we are performing the flash mob the closer we get to the date of the festival.  The flash mob will be to "Break the Chain"  lyrics and music by Tena Clark and Tim Heintz original choreography by Debbie Allan.  The song and flash mob brings an awareness of global abuse, neglect and slave trade towards woman, but there is a renewed sense as woman we can stand up against this abuse and to be heard through dance.  The choreography is simple enough to learn and can be learned off the website onebillionrising.org by Debbie Allen herself.  We will perform it at DanceFest several times during the day.  The dance will be taught  in the Learn to Dance area during the festival also.  Please join us for this most important message we can send through dance.

Dance Time Theater Company:
DTTC's School Tour of "Teach Me Dance" was a great success.  They performed at Sunrise Elementary, University Elementary, Westview Elementary and Madison Elementary in the month of March.  Kudos to our Dance Company, Dance Time Theater Company.

Examples of simple Pantomime we use everyday: shaking head yes or no, pointing your finger, waving your hands, or blowing a kiss.
