On-Line Registration:

Follow the instructions below: 

1. Upon receving receiving a class recommendation form via e-mail or mail, choose your class or classes.             

2. Go to Isabelle’s Dance Time Website www.isabellesdancetime.com    

3. Click on on-line registration link which will take you to DanceWorks Online   

4. Follow registration procedures. All students new and returning must fill out a registration form. Make sure you complete all the information about the student including medical information and contacts. Read the Medical/Liability and Studio Policies and check I agree. 

5. If you are a returning student make sure all the student information including medical information and contacts are correct. Read the Medical/Liability and Studio Policies and check I agree.           

6. Submit your registration form and I will confirm your registration by e-mail and let you know the tuition amount and class confirmation.     

7.  You can send payment through the mail or in person.

8.  Your place in class is reserved upon receipt of payment.

9.  If you have pre-registered you must still fill out your online form to hold your place in class

3. Printing off the form below and bringing it into the studio
